Privacy Policy

369 Manifest is a product of August Labs. When this policy refers to “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means August Labs and the 369 Manifest service operated at manifest.augustlabs.us.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Email address — used for authentication (magic link sign-in) and transactional emails.
• Name — the first name you provide during onboarding, used to personalize your affirmations.
• Manifestation intention and category — the goal you enter during onboarding. This is sent to our AI provider to generate your affirmations.
• Journal entries — the affirmations you write during your sessions, stored to power your history and streak tracking.
• Subscription and billing data — managed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Usage data — pages visited, events completed (sign-up, checkout, purchase). Collected via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel if you have not opted out via your browser.

• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To generate AI-powered affirmations personalized to your intention
• To track your progress (streak, session history)
• To process your subscription and send receipts
• To send transactional emails (magic links, billing confirmations)
• To measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your journal entries or intentions to train AI models.

We use the following third parties to operate the service. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com)
• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com). Stripe is PCI-compliant.
• OpenAI — AI affirmation generation. Your intention and name are sent to OpenAI's API to generate your daily affirmation (openai.com)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com)
• Google Analytics / Google Ads — usage analytics and advertising measurement (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Meta Pixel — advertising measurement (facebook.com/privacy/policy)
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)

We use cookies to maintain your authentication session. We also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (Google Ads, Meta) to measure the performance of our marketing.

You can opt out of analytics tracking by using your browser’s privacy settings or an ad blocker. Opting out of session cookies will prevent you from staying signed in.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your profile, journal entries, and associated data within 30 days. Stripe retains billing records as required by law.

You may request to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and data
• Export your journal entries

369 Manifest is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us their data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
