By creating an account or using 369 Manifest (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by August Labs (“we,” “us,” “our”).
369 Manifest is a daily manifestation practice app. It provides AI-generated affirmations personalized to your stated intention and guides you through the 369 method — three writing sessions per day (morning, afternoon, and evening).
The Service is a tool for personal practice. We make no claims that using the Service will produce specific outcomes in your life. Results depend entirely on your consistency and your own efforts.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email address and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged using the payment method on file. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.
We use Stripe to process all payments. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal (accessible from your dashboard). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription charge. This applies to your first payment only — not renewals.
To request a refund, email hello@augustlabs.us with the subject line “Refund Request” and the email address associated with your account. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the intentions and journal entries you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not use your journal entries or personal intentions to train AI models or share them with third parties, except as necessary to generate your affirmations (via OpenAI’s API).
All software, design, and content comprising the Service is owned by August Labs or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our name, logo, or trademarks.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular outcome in your life. Manifestation practices are personal and results vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, August Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
